Having spent over 25 years in the property industry, beginning my career in mainland Spain helping clients purchase plots of land, traditional Spanish villas ,apartments to either use as a holiday homes or to permanently relocate to a warmer climate. Whilst living on the Costa Blanca I began with a colleague a networking group for entrepreneurs working in the X pat community ahead of my time building trust & collaboration which truly resulted in business opportunities.
Todays marketing is far more digital and fast moving, the fundamentals have stayed the same people still buy and sell from people they like & trust.
Now based in Ewell village, Surrey I have chosen to leave the traditional high street estate agency model and New Home developers to join EXP, allowing me to fully concentrate on delivering a truly personal, one-to -one service. My focus is on providing expert, honest guidance throughout the entire property journey, for both vendors & buyers alike.

Finishing touches
Completion day is about more than simply handing over a bunch of keys. It is a special milestone, and I like to celebrate it with a personal touch. Both the vendors and the new buyers receive a thoughtful thank you card and gift as a token of my appreciation and congratulations. Its my way of saying thank you for placing your trust in me and welcoming byers into their home.
